Sweet Chicken With Apricot and Prunes

 

INGREDIENTS

¾ TABLESPOON OF APRICOT JAM

¾ TABLESPOON OF STRAWBERRY JAM

TOMATO PASTE

4-5 CUP OF CHICKEN STOCK OR CONSUME

2 TABLESPOONS OF TAMARIN

6-8 PIECES OF CHICKEN WITHOUT SKIN BONE IN.

APRICOT AND PRUNES TO TASTE.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

PLACE THE JAM TO MELT WITH THE TOMATO PASTE. ONCE LIQUIFIED ADD THE STOCK AND TAMARIN AND LET BOIL A BIT.

SEPARATELY PLACE THE CHICKEN PIECE TO SEAR AND BROWN.

PLACE THE CHICKEN IN LAYERS WITH THE APRICOT AND PRUNES. ADD THE SAUCE. LET BOIL UNTIL THICKENS AND COOK THROUGH, ABOUT 1-2 HOURS.
