Salmon with Mustard and Honey

 

INGREDIENTS

1 SALMON FILET

½ CUP OF DIJON MUSTARD

½ CUP OF HONEY

½ CUP OF ORANGE JUICE STRAINED

PARVE CONSOMME

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

WASH THE SALMON AND RUB IT WITH CONSUME ON BOTH SIDES, PLACE IN A GREASED PAN. SEPARETLY MIX THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, ADD THIS MIX TO THE FISH.

LET IT MARINATE FOR 3-4 HOURS

BAKE COVERED AT 220’C FOR 20 MIN. APPROX

UNCOVER FOR 5 MINUTES SO THE SAUCE WILL THICKEN AND FISH WILL BROWN ON TOP.
