INGREDIENTS

4-6 TABLESPOONS OF OIL

1 KILO OF PEPPER STEAK

SALT

PEPPER FRESHLY GROUND

3 GARLIC CLOVES SMASHED

1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED

1 CARROT FINELY CHOPPED

1 ZUCHINI PEALED AND FINELY CHIPPED

1 CUP OF FRESH MUSHROOM IN SLIVERS

½ PEPPER EN CUBES

 

FOR THE SAUCE:

TABLESPOONS OF CORNSTARCH DISSOLVED IN ½ CUP OF WATER

1/3 OF SOY SAUCE

¼ OF HONEY

¼ OF TEASPOON OF DRIED CHILE

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN ON HIGH FLAME

SEASON THE MEAT WITH SALT AND PPERP

ADD THE MEAT TO THE PAN

FRY UNTIL IT LOOSES ITS RED COLOR AND REMOVE FROM THE FIRE

FRY THE MUSHROOMS FOR 5-8 MINUTES

ONCE FRIED ADD THE REMAINING VEGETABLES, MOVING CONSTINTELY FOR 5 MINUTES

 

FOR THE SAUCE

MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE WATER, ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS

HEAT ON A LOW FLAME, THEN BOIL UNTIL IT THICKENS.

PLACE THE MEAT AND VEGETABLES IN A PLATE, POUR THE SAUCE ON TOP AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY

 

ACCOMPANY WITH WHITE RICE.
