Fish Mousse

INGREDIENTS

FOR A SMALL SIZE

½ KILO OF SOLE OR MERLUZA

BREADCRUMBS

OIL

EGGS

KETCHUP

SALT AND PEPPER

 

INSTRUCTIONS

BLEND THE FISH, FOR EVERY ½ KILO: MIX THE BLENDED FICH WITH THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS: 3 CUPS (SIZE OF SMALL COFFEE) OF BREADCRUMBS, 3 CUPS OF OIL, 2 EGGS. 250 GRAMS OF KETCHUP, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

ONCE ALL IS MIXED TOGETHER, PLEASE IN THE MOLD AND SPRAY WITH OIL.

PLEASE IN A DOUBLE BOILER FOR 1 HOUR, INSIDE THE OVEN, PUT 1T IN THE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES SO IT CAN ABSORB THE WATER FROM WHEN IT WAS FROZEN.
