INGREDIENTS

1 KG OF FLOUR

66.6 GRAMS OF SUGAR

14.66 GRAMS OF YEAST

23.33 GRAMS OF SALT

 ½ LITER OF WATER

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

MIX THE FLOUR WITH THE YEAST, SUGAR AND SALT. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE, IF THE DOUGH IS STICKY ADD MORE FLOUR, KNEED UNTIL YOU HAVE A DOUGH CONSISTENCY. LET IS REST COVERED FOR 8 MINUTES IN A BOWL.

REMOVE AND KNEED AGAIN TO REMOVE ALL THE AIR.

MAKE THE DOUGH IN BAGEL FORMS PUTTING IT IN PANS TO BAKE AND LET THEM REST FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.

BAKE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES, IF THEY ARENT READY LEAVE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES UNTIL THEY ARE READY.

NOTE: IF YOU DO DOUBLE THE AMOUNT YOU CAN TAKE OUT CHALLAH.
